If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the date of arrival for a full refund. Your product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.

To initiate your return, please contact our Customer Service Team.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost associated with sending your order back to our headquarters in Spain. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

Once we receive your returned product, we will send you an email to notify you. We will then process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refund:

We will refund the amount paid for the order according to your payment method and will inform you by email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

"Encanto Sublime" is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please file a complaint with the corresponding shipping company.

Shipping Rates

Buyer is responsible for paying any shipping fees associated with international orders. "Encanto Sublime" is not responsible for paying customs duties, taxes and currency exchange fees.

We ship all orders nationally and internationally.
